Happy International #WomensDay! This year PTR was proud to honor the 50% of refugees who are women and girls, by participating on a panel hosted by United Nations Association-USA East Bay. PTR’s Executive Director Leah Spelman joined speakers from the International Rescue Committee in Northern California, Asylum Access, and others in shining a light on issues affecting women and girls fleeing violence and persecution around the globe.
